If you are accessing this platform as a client of Sync-Up Business Services or another authorized service provider, these terms apply specifically to your license and use of the software provided to you by that entity. Any references to "Services" within this document shall be interpreted to include the Liora Platform and its associated dashboard, reports, and data processing tools.
